Terms of Service

1. What this is

Best Image Combiner is a web service that combines images you upload into a single new image, using a third-party image model. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to accept them for that company.

2. Your account

You need a valid email address and a password you do not use elsewhere. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Your content, your rights

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you produce here. We claim no rights over your images beyond what is needed to run the service for you: storing them, processing them through the image model, and showing them back to you.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload — that you own it, or have permission from whoever does.

4. Commercial use

On the Creator and Studio plans, results may be used commercially: client work, advertising, product listings, print and social. On the Free plan, results carry a watermark and are for evaluation.

5. What you must not do

Do not use this service to create sexual imagery of anyone, imagery of minors in any sexualised context, content that harasses or defames a real person, forged documents or identification, or material designed to deceive people about a real event. Do not upload images of people who have not consented in contexts that would harm them. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, resell access, or use automated means to scrape the service.

We will suspend accounts for these without a warning period, and we will not refund a suspension caused by them. The acceptable use page has the fuller list.

6. Credits

One credit buys one merge, regardless of how many images or which preset. Failed merges are not charged. Credits accrue with an active plan and roll over while it stays active. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable individually.

7. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from the billing page at any time and you keep access and credits until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a period, except where consumer law requires it.

If we change prices, existing subscribers keep their rate for at least 60 days after being notified by email.

8. Availability

We aim for the service to be available, and we do not promise it always will be. Model providers have outages, and when they do, merges fail. Failed merges never consume credits.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost contracts, lost data — arising from use of the service.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, and disputes go to its courts.
